Spanish term or phrase: bizcochos sobaos
Entiendo que son esponjosos y suaves, pero no sé cuál podría ser su equivalente en Inglés.
¿Podría ser "ladyfingers", ya que se usan como base/masa de un postre frío?
Me son totalmente desconocidos, el término es muy característico de España, en mi país se harían con plantillas=ladyfingers.

These are one of the most representative sweets in Cantabria. They have a sweet, spongy dough, yellow on the inside and goden on the outside. Often has a twinge of lemon flavour to it...delicious!

Thanx!! Creo que para que quede más claro, dejaré el término original y a continuación "square sponge cakes, from the Cantabria region" ya que como tienen denominación de origen no quiero que se pierda en la traducción.
