Spanish term or phrase: leche de cabra a la piedra
Not very helpful context, unfortunately. It appears in an ingredient list: "1 l leche de cabra a la piedra." It is then mixed with salt water to make brine, which is in turn used to soak foie gras.

I've been looking but haven't had any luck... Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

goat's milk heated until tepid/lukewarm

Explanation:
heated until tepid/lukewarm (i.e. until just before it boils and until a skin (piedra) is about to form) - I think, but am not sure - seems to ring a bell
