Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Cooking / Culinary / Coffee
Spanish term or phrase: cazos
Translating a small text from Spain on coffee / coffee machines, and they're talking about a "maquina con porta estrecho" (I already asked about "porta estrecho" in my last question here) but here it says:

I know cazo is some sort of bucket or holder or something, but I don't get the connection of a holder of coffee grounds (I think?) with a size in millimeters. What's the name for this in English on a coffee machine?

baskets
Explanation:
The cazo is the perforated metal container that sits in the portafilter and holds the ground coffee:

In English this is called the basket:

"The portafilter is the entire assembly of the handle, the basket, and the spouts. [...]
Some people recommend leaving used pucks of espresso in the basket to help maintain heat. [...]
Although most people think it is impractical, I believe it is important to clean the porta-filter, basket, and screen heads hourly."

"Portafilter Baskets
Most machines use a standardized portafilter basket with the volume capacity of 14 grams for the 'double-shot', but 12 gram versions are available for some machines."

Forget to say: cazos/baskets are circular, so the 53 mm must be the diameter.
