Reading the profile of Roberto Ruíz on the website you posted, it really is all about the ingredients and how he sources them (and respects them) to such an extent, so I reckon this would work for an English audience.

I also thought of "Hats off to the ingredients", but I think my main suggestion works better.

Or a more arty-farty version for an English audience might be "The art of food (sourcing)" (parenthesis intended). The website is quite arty-farty really.

We not only wanted to create clamour for the product but also to help re-position the company as being interested in something we termed ‘design democracy’

All the dictionaries I've checked say that an outcry is a clamour.

a : a loud cry : clamor

Mind you, I don't really like either word to describe food. I think maybe I prefer "the exclamation of the product"

Letting the ingredients speak for themselves


Explanation:
Another humdinger of a question, Lisa. And some really good suggestions already.

I've been racking my brains for some of including the "clamor", and this is what I've come up with. I've sacrificed "en su máxima expresión", but in a way it's sort of implied, I think, by the idea of the ingredients asserting themselves. They use the best stuff, of course, but the idea seems to be that the produce retains its integrity; its voice is not drowned out by over-elaborate preparation.

I wondered about "Letting the produce speak for itself", and I think it's an option, but "produce" just doesn't quite have that ring for me.
