Not bacon bits, because they are much heftier, nor crackling because there is meat attached. And I would point out that Spanish and UK concepts of bacon are reasonably distinct (ever found a good rasher in Spain outside the enclaves of the expat?).
In the bar where I have our morning coffee they have excellent ones, and the excellent people who run the place give us regulars a torrezno with our morning pincho (tortilla or whatever) as a special treat. I can let you know the location of this bar for a small consideration.... ;-) |
