silverside/topside

Explanation:
I think "eye round" is AmE. I've not heard of eye round referring to a cut of beef in BrE. The two suggestions above are BrE with topside being closer to the tail.

The word in Spanish is PECETO or JAMÓN REDONDO in other regiosn of Argentina. It is a cut of beef.
Peceto = Eyeround (meat).

english term or phrase: round eye
Spanish translation: Redondo
En España se llama redondo.

We really need more context! HTH!
Esta es una de esas preguntas en donde importa a qué país se traduce.
Peceto en Argentina, pero "redondo" en España.

Again, I reiterate, we need more context! The Asker did not state which variant they need and cuts vary from continent to continent!

Further research points to the fact that "peceto" is "round roll" or "eye of round", where "silverside" is "nalga de afuera (con peceto)" (but perhaps this is due to which side of the Atlantic you are on?).

Peceto > round roll /Eye of round
** nalga de afuera (con peceto)*** is silverside otherwise known as bottom round

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beef#Cuts
American cuts and British cuts differ and what the Americans call “round” (see diagram), the British refer to as “Topside” and “Silverside”.

Reference: Silverside

Reference information:
I have always known it as silverside and this is a good link to see the difference between silverside and topside (which I believe is what in Argentina we call "cuadrada").
http://www.macbeths.com/beef-roasting-joints-off-the-bone.as...

However, there is a big confusion since the same beef joint is sometimes called different names in English. Unfortunately I do not have access now to my reliable "Complete guide to Cookery" by Ann Willan, but based on my research I have always used the term Silverside (that is what they call it at Smithfields in London).
