Cooking / Culinary / Restaurant description
Spanish term or phrase: restaurante de producto
I only found a couple of refs (from the same 'non-native' source I think) for 'product restaurant' and I've also looked at 'product-based' and 'quality-product restaurant' but these don´t appear to be common terms. I take it to mean that the restaurant is based on a particular product, namely fish and seafood in this case. Would welcome any suggestions you might have. For the UK

Explanation:
One possibility...
You might be in the mood for something different every day. Whether you are looking for a relaxing family meal or a romantic dinner for two we've got it covered. Our speciality restaurants start from only $15 per person and give you plenty of options. Why not visit Chops Grille, our signature steakhouse or 150 Central Park for an exquisite taster menu?

For something a little less formal, there’s the Samba Grill with service from 'gaucho' cowboys and carvery at your table. Sample the catch of the day at the Seafood Shack. In the mood for Italian? Visit Portofino to be transported to Tuscany. Enjoy a fiesta at Rita’s Cantina, where we have all your Mexican favourites. For something exotic, try Izumi Asian Cuisines and the sensational sushi. And if you’re looking for something a little lighter, grab a healthy snack at the Solarium Bistro.

Produce restaurant

Explanation:
"produce restaurant" gets Google 484,000 hits, though a mere 16,800 on a search restricted to the UK. I have NOT checked them all out!

Seafood restaurant

Explanation:
if that is what it is? Almost 16 million ghits.

By the way, seafood restaurants often have some other non-seafood items on menu as well

Have no quarrel with Lorena's answer but personally have never seen "speciality restaurant" over a door but rather have seen it phrased as "restaurant specialising in..."
