Estoy traduciendo un menú de un restaurant venezolano:

"• Crema del dia
la acompaña queso fresco, almendras tostadas y aceites aromatizados
• Ensalada de lomito tibio
con tomate gazpacho ahumado y ensalada de berros con brotes y **algas de pepino**
• tabule de hierbas
queso fresco, picadillo de vegetales aceitunas sin hueso y aceite de oliva"

¿Alguien sabrá cómo se dice esto en inglés?

Cucumber seaweed

Cucumber Seaweed (wakame kyuri so recipe in the link). Popular in Japan I believe. Not my cup of tea.

AKA Sunomono. A popular Japanese appetizer made of crispy cucumber and soft wakame (seaweed) soaked in a delicious tangy vinegar ...
As Liz says, it's actually cucumber "with" seaweed, but I don't think that's important for a menu.

Not to be confused with "sea cucumber", which I don't find particularly appetising either:
