Cucumber seaweed Explanation: Cucumber Seaweed (wakame kyuri so recipe in the link). Popular in Japan I believe. Not my cup of tea. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 mins (2017-05-19 17:36:11 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- AKA Sunomono. A popular Japanese appetizer made of crispy cucumber and soft wakame (seaweed) soaked in a delicious tangy vinegar ...
