Necesitaría la traducción de la frase, por favor, porqeu no entiendo su sentido:

La emisión bruta de pesos del Central para comprar dólares inquieta. *Si los
pesos se quedaran en la calle*, sería alta la chance de generar más presiones
inflacionarias. La desaceleración de los precios de abril y mayo es una buena noticia pero no da espacio para la relajación de la política monetaria. Al ser esterilizados por el BCRA (como sucede últimamente), empieza a hacerse más voluminosa la renovación mensual de Lebac y eso también genera cierta inquietud

If more money were in circulation

Explanation:
Could be...
If more money were in circulation there would be more chances (risks)of rising inflation. (or inflationary pressure)

A mayor circulación monetaria mayor riesgo de presión inflacionaria.
Creería por el contexto que éste es el sentido. (Y si se tratara de Argentina me suena aún más conocido el argumento....).
