The income is from a privatization. I find instances of "permanent savings" but mostly in the sense of "permanent savings from doing something a certain way".
I'd like a term for the financial accounting category that would contrast with the current account.
Barring that, then I'd like some examples of "permanent savings" used as a government accounting category from an English-speaking country.
