English translation:based on the information presented
Explanation:
The Oxford Spanish Dictionary for "recabar" gives:

recabar (vt): (conseguir) (informacion) gather, obtain, collect

But it doesn't sound right to "gather" information from a chapter because a literal translation such as "<gathering/obtaining/collecting the presentation performed>" would of course make no sense in English.

I think they're using a bit of (imprecise) "officialese" or business-speak here, so I would just go with a rough/loose equivalent also using English "officialese" or business-speak, eg:

"based on the information presented"
