MONEDA. FORTALEZA DE LA MONEDA. Dado que el fundamento y motor de la acción económica es la capacidad creadora del hombre, el índice que expresa la capacidad creadora de un País (su nivel científico) se manifiesta en la fortaleza de su moneda. Ello explica y justifica que la totalidad o mayoría de las monedas se hayan **desenvuelto** y se sigan **desenvolviendo** en referencia al dólar; y ello, en razón a que es la indudable primacía científica (motor virtual de la creatividad) de EEUU en todos los órdenes, el factor que otorga confianza.

disagree  Natalia Pedrosa: Nope! It means where man takes action, it as a non-transitive verb, so it does not have a direct object.

  -> I was going for readability, Natalia. The sentence will need to be worked to achieve a coherent syntax in English.
