| Administrative Office of the Courts
Explanation: In US English "Agencia de Administraci贸n Tributaria" is usually translated as Administrative Office of the Courts - loads of google hits here too.
Only problem is that the US has a federal government so each state has its own AOC.
I haven't come across the term personally before, but maybe 'Government/State Administrative Office of the Courts"
Good luck

| Government Tax Administration Agency
Explanation: Agencia Estatal de Administraci贸n Tributaria
Not knowing the origin, I would opt for this:
Government Tax Administration Agency
In a Federal Republic, it could be this:
State Tax Administration Agency
However, it is not from Mexico and there are few other Federal Republics in the Spanish-speaking world, so it is less likely.

It appears to be from Spain, not a federal republic, so \"Government Tax Administration Agency\" would be appropriate.

David\'s reply is also quite appropriate.
