Regular significa que se aprobó la cursada(es decir, los trabajos y evaluaciones prácticos) y luego se rindió el examen final.
Promoción directa significa que el alumno rindió exámenes teóricos y prácticos con más de 7 durante la cursada por lo que se lo exceptúa de la instancia del examen final.

Tanto en los certificados analíticos finales o parciales, la condición, mes, año,asignatura y calificación deben coincidir con el Libro Matriz (donde tienen que estar volcadas y verificadas con anterioridad a la confección del Certificado).Deberán consignarse las especialidades de los Talleres Obligatorios. Los Talleres Optativos deberán calificarse conceptualmente.
