In Mexico we use the phrase "recuperación de la práctica docente" meaning the activities carried out by the educator by which he/she records, evaluates and improves his educational methodologies and practice. His/her findings are made available to other educators so that the institution may also benefit from the individual's experience. What would the phrase/word be in English?
