Aca en los glosarios encontré A-level professor, pero en este caso no se aplica me parece, uno porque esta relacionado la educación superior, y otro porque es para el mercado americano.

If "asignatura" refers to a particular subject within a complete curriculum, then one who teaches only that subject would be either a part-time teacher, or an industry professional who does a specialized class.
