Esta Asignatura ya tiene Acta Extraordinaria creada. ¿Está seguro que desea modificar la nota de la Acta Ordinaria?

I have no context other than that these 'actas' are from a Spanish university. They are exam certificates listing the grades the student has been awarded for each subject. However, I'm not sure how to differentiate between 'ordinaria' and 'extraordinaria'.

Many thanks in advance!

certificate awarded following ordinary/extraordinary examination sessions
Explanation:
The ordinary examination session is held at the end of a term. The extraordinary (or retake) session is held later, for students who did not pass the exam the first time around. (Search "examen extraordinario" or "sesión extraordinaria.") I've seen "extraordinaria" translated most often as "extraordinary" in documents translated into English for students in the Erasmus programs, for example. Perhaps there's a less wordy translation, though . . .

Notes to answerer
Asker: They are not talking about minutes here - they are exam certificates (my client has confirmed this actually). Thanks for your reply anyway, Fiona!
