I'm struggling to find an elegant way to say this.
Tal política trata de afirmarse en criterios genéricos como el de abrir oportunidades por medio de un aumento del número de la matrícula y del radio de reclutamiento social de los estudiantes. **No renuncia a la consigna **de los logros pedagógicos y la calidad del servicio, sin embargo estos son difíciles de asegurar –en vistas de la complejidad interinstitucional del sistema- de forma de lograr correcciones importantes en el corto plazo.

I can't see "consigna" could have any of its other meanings here, but I'm not familiar with Mexican Spanish so I might be wrong. |
