I am translating student records from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo/La Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo.
On the first page it states:
"Hacemos constar que la firma que aparece en el record de notas anexo de la carrera de ingeniera civil, expedido a favor de [nombre de la persona] corresponde a [el nombre del director], director de registro de la Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo (UASD)"
