"Éstas son prácticas no laborales, conviene precisarlo, y no deben ser confundidas tampoco, a su vez, con el contrato de trabajo en prácticas, el contrato laboral ordinario que también se emplea para los jóvenes que acaban de obtener un título universitario o de grado medio."

Explanation:
This one is based on comments made by my Spanish husband who believes it refers to any other diploma/certificate given upon completing an educational or training program that is not a full university degree program. He thinks that it can even refer to a "bachillerato". In brief, someone who has finished his/her educational program successfully.
