Spanish term or phrase: Lo que certifico a los efectos previstos en la disposición Final 4º del Real Dec

Estoy traduciendo un documento académico en el que se indica que el alumno ha pagado las tasas correspondientes para la obtención del título.
Antes de esta frase ("Lo que certifico...") se incluye un párrafo donde se indica que "el estudiante ha superado el último requisito para la obtencióin del título correspondiente y que ha abonado las tasas correspondientes por valor de X". Después de este párrafo viene esta frase sobre la que tengo dudas, todo lo que se me ocurre está demasiado pegado al inglés y me gustaría algo más fluido.
