Social Sciences - Education / Pedagogy / Regulations for Doctoral Programmes
Spanish term or phrase: buscará la mejor forma de resolverlo
From the Regulations for Doctoral Programmes at a Spanish Public University. This particular phrase is from one of the Annexes, which is called the “Commitment Document” — an agreement between the PhD student, the University and any other Universities/Research Institutes participating in the student’s Doctoral Thesis.

I understand the meaning here perfectly, but am having trouble coming up with something nice and snappy to fill in the blank below, so would appreciate hearing your take on it :)

Context:

“Todo conflicto entre las partes firmantes del presente acuerdo deberá informarse a la Comisión Académica del Programa de Doctorado, que buscará la mejor forma de resolverlo.”

“Any disputes arising between the parties to this agreement shall be reported to the Academic Committee for the Doctoral Programme, which________________________.”

agree  Timothy Barton: Yep, except if we've used "disputes" in the plural you need to say "resolve them". But I'd use the singular: "Any dispute arising..."

Explanation:
Perhaps this slightly more formal tone would be suitable?
And I would go for the singular "dispute" also.
