Spanish term or phrase: salidas intermedias
Estimados colegas:

intermediate completion (and explain)
Explanation:
I wouldn't try to find an equivalent.

In the UK there's the Higher National Diploma (HND), worth roughly two thirds of a full degree, but obviously it's not the same concept because the "grado técnico" is often considered a full degree for conversion purposes. You could say something like "intermediate completion" and explain the concept?

agree  Jenni Lukac: It's the reverse of transferring community college credits to a four-year program, but it would really make sense to offer this option to students today, who for economic or other reasons, would like to settle for a lesser degree.

-> Thanks Jenni. I have my doubts about "ICP" - would anyone really know what was meant? Maybe I'm too out of touch.
