Spanish term or phrase: evaluación jerárquica de docentes
Amigos, no tengo ningún contexto, pero entiendo que la evaluación la hace un superior, a diferencia de la evaluación que realizan los pares o los alumnos.

Entre los indicadores que la Unidad revisa periódicamente se encuentran los siguientes:
- resultados de exámenes transversales
- evaluación de asignaturas
- rendimiento de asignaturas
- resultados de exámenes de títulos
- evaluación jerárquicas de los docentes

Hierarchical teacher appraisal/evaluation


Explanation:
I'd keep "hierarchical" (quite a few ghits) to distinguish it from peer appraisal. These appraisals are often if not usually from outside the school staff e.g. from the Dept of Education or School Board
