Estuve pensando en escribir: Regiomontana University. No creo que se lo más indicado.

I already gave you a literal translation for whatever purposes; as translators we always preserve the original name of universities, but a translation can be included in ( ).

That's why I said "Monterrey University" and not "University of Monterrey" (a slight difference but it distinguishes the two). But yes, the original name must be preserved.
