My client has confirmed that the abbreviation "Plan Matr." stands for "Plan (de) Matrícula".

That's my understanding at least, which appears to be supported by the wordpress post above regarding the recommended "plan de matrícula" for engineering students receiving some form of financial aid.

neutral  Marcelo González: With all due respect to Luis V, I'm not so sure I agree. Having attended several US colleges/universities myself, I don't see 'enrollment plan' as the typical term used on American campuses. I'm not sure about the UK though...
