"esta enseñanza" has me a bit stumped for an adequate expression in English. Whatever it might be - a course, a university degree etc., he qualified for it by sitting the PAAU exams.

agree  María Eugenia Wachtendorff: Cada día se está usando más el verbo "acceder" en su acepción de "tener acceso a". De hecho, yo conocí la "legalidad" de esta expresión hace poco tiempo. Creía que era un anglisismo. :-)
