Reference: return cable

Reference information:
Carries the return current and helps reduce the "stray current" that flows in the ground and can damage metallic structures (i.e., pipelines) in the ground and in general give trouble (long story to explain) . Please also note that S/E (Subestacion) is "Substation" in English - where the High voltage (e.g., 110 kV) of the electrical transmission grid is reduced to the catenary voltage (15 or 25 kV).
