Interfaz de Multipunto con una sola dirección
Point-to-Multipoint (PtM) service

Explanation:
I was once involved in the IT side of alarm systems and am almost quite sure this is the meaning here. It's referring to the radio waves that alarm systems use to detect whatever they're supposed to detect.
Not the standard terminology used in Spanish (as is often the case when it comes to concepts conceived in IT English!). But I'm quite sure this is the intended meaning here.

This "service" is often contracted with an ISP/the Police.
