Spanish term or phrase: embornado
"Todos los componentes (pares, ternas, conductores) de los cables serán embornados en la recepción a los armarios, no quedando ningún componente, aunque sea de reserva, sin embornar"

Spanish Spanish to UK English, for a large gas pipeline project.

My guess is simply 'connected'.

If anyone understands Italian then the Spanish to Italian tranlsation already exists on ProZ....

They are used to secure cabling components so they don't get accidentally knocked/pulled out of place or whatever. You can "connect" anything you like to anything in any old way, for which there is the Spanish verb "conectar"; however "clamps" are specifically used for connecting cables to ensure the cables are "secured" and not just "connected" willy-nilly.
