Here there are two different types of cables: Cables de Potencia and Cables de Fuerza
So how do I distinguish between them?

Cables de Potencia

Deben ser unipolares, con conductor de aluminio o de cobre, con aislamiento de polietileno de cadena cruzada (XLPE) para tensiones de 5 a 35 kV, pantalla metálica y cubierta protectora de PVC, sobre el conductor se debe aplicar una capa de material semiconductor termofijo compatible con el aislamiento y el conductor.

7.3.4.15.3.1 Temperatura de Operación.

El diseño y construcción del cable debe ser:

- 90º C para operación normal.

- 130º C para operación en condiciones de emergencia.

- 250º C para operación en condiciones de corto circuito.

7.3.4.15.4 Cables de Fuerza

Los cables de fuerza deben ser del tipo THW-LS, tener aislamiento termoplástico, resistente a la humedad, al calor, a la propagación de incendio, baja emisión de humos y baja toxicidad, para instalaciones hasta 600 V y 75º C.
