3.1 Condiciones generales de aplicación de las tarifas
A continuación se presentan las condiciones generales de aplicación de las tarifas, las que se
consideran válidas sin perjuicio de las disposiciones que sobre estas materias se encuentran
establecidas en el decreto Nº 327 de 1997, del Ministerio de Minería, reglamento de la Ley General
de Servicios Eléctricos.
Cuando la facturación está formada por fracciones de dos meses calendario, se debe estimar el
consumo de energía del mes calendario en función de los ****avos**** correspondientes. Asimismo, para la
determinación de la demanda máxima leída a facturar, se considerará como correspondiente a un
mes calendario la demanda imputada en la factura que tenga un mayor número de días perteneciente
a dicho mes.
