Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Energy / Power Generation / Mechanics | | Spanish term or phrase: tubo recargardo | In a brief failure report from Spain on a power station, for translation to British English.
The failure is reported to be due to frequent start-ups/shutdowns with a particular type of boiler and it then says:
"En próxima parada prolongada, procederemos a la sustitución de los tubos recargados." |
| | | lined pipes/wear lined pipes | Explanation:
This is a tricky one, with not much context. The only other options I could think of were overloaded or eroded pipes, but I think this is the right answer as it stipulates the type of pipe to be replaced.
