Context is:
"Adicionalmente, en la disposición transitoria primera, de este Real Decreto, se establece un peaje transitorio de acceso a las redes de transporte y distribución a satisfacer por los productores de energía eléctrica de 0,5 Eur/MWh vertido en las redes de los transportistas y distribuidores de energía."
