Bus/Financial - Energy / Power Generation / Solar energy company

My problem is that this term is given as "induced business" several times on parts of the website for the company in question, but it is not to be relied on, and to me it sounds suspect.

I have seen "knock-on business" on another website, but again, I am just not sure.
I would, therefore, really appreciate your help!

UK English.

Thanks in advance.
