Spanish term or phrase: un injerido de cinco pasos
Referring to a rope for an anchoring device for people working on quarry slopes.

I imagine that this refers to some kind of knot.

gaza = loop
injerir = to insert, introduce

English translation:a five-way insert
Explanation:
ISO 1140 is the European standard for polyamide ropes and hawsers. This text seems to refer to the splicing of hawser and rope ends, using a circular or oval steel (normally) insert to preserve the shape of the loop, and to provide a means to attach the fall protector to anchoring devices. It would be a five-way insert to facilitate braiding of the various strands.
