Well, applying the same argument, the four-core "manguera de 4 hilos would be 3 x 3mm2 conductors plus earth, but I agree it's odd and I would not rule out a typo (or rather at least 2 typos).
H07RN-4x3mm2 - has 4 conductors - not "5 hilos"
