1) Delitos de resultado: In Spanish criminal law theory, crimes may be classified (among other ways) as "delitos de actividad" and "delitos de resultado":

Así hay delitos de mera actividad y delitos de resultado. La violación por ejemplo, es un delito de mera actividad, pues se comete por realizar una determinada acción; el homicidio, sin embargo, es un delito de resultado, pues en él cabe distinguir la realización de una determinada acción (por ejemplo, disparar contra una determinada persona) y la producción de un cierto resultado (producirle la muerte).

agree  Mónica Torres: Ok con lo primero. Qué tal "jeopardy"en vez de endargerment

  -> Gracias Mónica. Uso "crimes (or offenses/offences) of endangerment" porque así se llaman en las leyes penales de Irlanda, Australia, los estados de los EEUU, el Model Penal Code, etc. y nunca he visto "crime/offense of jeopardy" en este contexto.
