Explanation:
"Tipo" can be either an exchange or interest rate, although in this case interest seems more logical. "Facilidad" is often payment terms, but in this case it looks like it is the transaction itself. "Service offered" would be closer to the literal meaning of "facilidad" and would capture basically the same meaning (the service offered is the transaction), but "transaction" is more succinct.
