Ajuste del tipo de interés: El índice aplicable será el que corresponda al segundo mes natural anterior a la fecha en que vaya a realizarse la revisión sin redondear tipo de interés resultante será el tipo nominal a aplicar, sin decodificar, adicionando un diferencial de puntos.

Also, in this sentence, is something missing? some punctuation or a word somewhere? Or does it make sense to other people?!

Explanation:
First I believe it should read: ...revisión sin redondear. Tipo de interés resultante...
A strange way of putting it but it probably means that the interest should be the exact amount, not truncated, rounded off or in any other way approximated/manipulated/changed, i.e. "without modifying by adding points" or similar.
How does it sound with the rest?:)
