Spanish term or phrase: tarjetas con modalidad de pago al contado
This is a bank promotion, that each time you spend over 75 euros a month in a certain shop, you'll be entered in a prize draw. But it's only for credit cards, because one of the exceptions is:

Excepto tarjetas con modalidad de pago al contado

What's the correct translation of this please? Cash payment cards??? Or are these debit cards?
thanks

charge cards

Explanation:
I don't think it's debit cards but charge cards:

Charge Card
A card that requires you to make a full payment for all expenditure incurred by you by the due date Unlike credit cards, charge cards do not allow carrying forward a balance and so charges no interest. American Express and Diner's Club are examples of charge cards.
