Los intereses y comisiones, aplicados a la negociación de documentos serán los convenidos en cada caso entre en Banco y el usuario, figurando en la factura de cesión, o, en su caso, en la factura de liquidación correspondiente, con detalle de los gastos suplidos que serán por cuenta del usuario (correo, impuestos, etc.), los cuales no serán tenidos en cuenta en el cálculo de la TAE obtenida a efectos informativos, mediante el procedimiento establecido en el anexo V, de la Circular del B.E. 8/90, de 7 de Septiembre de 1990, publicado en B.O.E., nº 226 de 20 de Septiembre de 1990.
