Any idea on how to translate this?

XXX tiene abiertos a inspección por este tributo los ejercicios 2001 a 2004 y los primeros meses del 2005.

De las comprobaciones realizadas se deducen las siguientes conclusiones:

a) La entidad se encuentra censada en el régimen general de IVA y no realiza operaciones exentas que le hagan estar incluida en la regla de prorrata.

I had seen another question of yours (reserva cartera) and I thought you were translating bank financials. Pro-rata rule is the exact translation you are looking for. I don\'t think there would be any risk of misinterpretation, as the reader would understand if this is not the exact equivalent of what they call \"pro-rata rule\" in the US or the UK.
