Not sure quite what they mean here, particularly the "en cuota bit".

The documents is a due diligence of a Spanish company and the paragraph reads:

La sociedad lleva sus libros contables ajustados a la normativa exigida. Guarda correcto registro de todas las facturas que en el muestreo se han solicitado. De la documentación que se nos ha entregado y por las operaciones que nos constan realizadas por la compañía no surgen contingencias de relevancia en este impuesto. A lo anterior se une el hecho de que la sociedad tiene importantes bases negativas pendientes de compensación lo que provoca que en ningún año se origine una FALTA DE INGRESO EN CUOTA por las contingencias detectadas.

This particular section concerns corporation tax.
