"Cuando el Banco no posee deuda en la sociedad en cuyas acciones ha invertido...pero satisface el resto de criterios, se aplica un factor escalar del 1.5 a las ponderaciones por riesgo derivadas a partir de la función de ponderación del riesgo frente a empresas, dada la PD establecida por el Banco (tendencia central de **empresas carterizadas**).

as in cartera...it means portfolio-ready companies..ie companies that are "good" enough to be in whatever this risk category is...what they are calling "carterizadas" literally, put into a portfolios...

portfolio-ready companies....I know people will disagree but the idea of Ready suggests the Bank has decided these companies meet their requirements for being in the portfolio

this is not a technical term...
