Joint and several obligor

Explanation:
Black's Law Dictionary defines the noun "obligor" as: one who has undertaken an obligation; a promisor or debtor.
Black's Law Dictionary further defines the combined adjectives "joint and several" as: (of liability, responsibility, etc.) apportionable either among two or more parties or to only one or a few select members of the group, at the adversary's discretion; together and in separation.
Hope this helps.

agree  María Eugenia Wachtendorff: Hola, Adrianita. En realidad, se suele decir "joint and several obligor", pero creo que es un poquito redundante - como hablan los abogados en todo el mundo, en realidad.
