Explanation:
Without knowing what the context of the adjudication is, almost imposs. to answer. The point is that this item or lot is having to be bought with an enormous credit facility. Why - a succesful bidder at a (court)) auction hasn't got the funds to pay for a ship etc.?

The many 'award' entries in the KudoZ glossaries are unlikely, as would imply a free gift or trophy. Nor can it be an award on an invitation to tender/bidding competition, because this article is having to be PAID for.

Once the lot has been knocked down, the successful bidder is obliged to take ...Art items, which are subject to the full tax rate of 16 % are marked with ...
