"De acuerdo con la información facilitada por Banco X, entidad a través de la cual empresa Y ha formulado la *orden sostenida de compra*, empresa Y ha comprado un total de 17.934.130 acciones clase A de empresa Z a través de dicha orden en el mercado, quedando a tal fecha un freefloat (excluyendo autocartera) de 7.367.906 acciones de clase A, lo que representa un 0,32% del capital social de la sociedad."

I guess this means that the purchasing company says "I will pay $X for any shares in this company until such-and-such a date, regardless", but I don't know how to say this. Corrections and explanations most gratefully received.
