| Grading comment Even though this is a tough choice, I have to decide for your answer because of your supportive evidence that this is the term mostly used in the U.S.A., in places such as in New Jersey, which is the closest state to NYS and NYC., and my translation is for somebody in this area. This a tough choice, but I have to choose quickly before I forget, so I am sorry, Ms. Marina Soldati, your answer is also very well supported and, personally I prefer the term Commerce/cial, but I had to use a term that is more familiar to New York, NY.
